      This just in.

So has a retail site, uses Fitz as a supplier but says working directly with Evolution and claims they are the same. I'm almost starting to have fun with this
54W times 2 equals 108W. You have to think outside the box and consider install 2 UV's instead of just 1 large one. This gives you the opportunity to shut one down and save power when not needed or if one is out of service you still have the other one going. The EA EVO was a nice cheap option but as with most things you get what you pay for which is one reason they are no longer available.

Forum supporting vendor looking out for you even though you didn't by it from him. Can't get much better customer service than that!

I think they'll need a picture of the damaged box.

Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart and yes I received an email at about 3 mountain time from the representative for the supplier and he has cleared it up. I really hadn't had a moment to fully read his email and I replied and made a quick update to the original post here. I was in the middle of an emergency with my dog who passed away this afternoon so I was a mess and we were laying her to rest.

I wanted to jump back on here and reiterate that the supplier sent a very nice email and explained his situation and take on the matter. I trust in what he tells me and I believe we are square. I did provide images this morning of the shipping box and the manufacturers box that was inside the shipping box.

So I thank you all and can't tell you how relieved I am to have been able to communicate with Don at Fitz/Evolution USA. However that was facilitated I am very grateful and most appreciative. I also want to make clear I have zero problem with Don or Fitz.

Thanks again to everyone. I believe Don has registered with the forum and has information to share about the product lines in general.

      RIP Chama

I tried to remove that screen shot but taking away the attachment tag didn't do it. I figure I'd let Don explain it himself and take that out of here so as to not create confusion for folks that may read this later. Can an admin remove the image in post #21 of this thread please?

And just fwiw, you need to remove the attachment tag and then go to "Manage Attachments" and remove the actual
image also. But you should be all fixed up now.

I just wanted to clarify that I edited the advertising part of the post but wanted to allow a response from the vendor
due to the nature of the thread.
But a WWKC Pro Membership is required to post as a commercial vendor on the forum with any more details.
Evolution Aqua can contact me (WWKC treasurer) if need be for more information.

The Evo UV, along with the entire line of Evolution Aqua products, is available in the USA. The products are being produced as the same, and in some cases improved, quality as they have always been manufactured. We worked with Lori, the customer that created this thread, and resolved the issues n a timely manner. In addition to the UV being available, products such as the Automatic System for the Nexus have been made with 110 volt electrical components to meet US standards. The manufacturer in England is very supportive of the customers here in the US.
Parts are also now available for any need you may have such as quartz sleeves, bulbs, cetus sieve bellows, nexus upgrade kits, and more. Please contact us at info@evolutionaquausa.com or at 888-417-5837 and we will be happy to hear from you and take care of any questions or needs.

Don. The new unit arrived today. I am attaching photos of the bulbs upon arrival and opening the box. I am taking the photo alongside the first bulbs that arrived in this same condition so you know that both sets are damaged so you see them together. I don't know what it takes to get bulbs to arrive safely. I have inspected the unit itself and it appears clean and no wear so I will now package up the original and have it ready for ups pickup. They tried to come for it last week but I wouldn't package it or release it until this one arrived. I'll be emailing you this information. Please advise how I can obtain bulbs that are not damaged upon arrival and how quickly they can be provided to me. Name: 20180925_170216.jpg
