Lets walk through the tropical lilies for a few minutes today. Put on your walking shoes and follow me!
Today, lets walk through the greenhouse. Although many of the plants here are marginals and are not currently blooming, they re still beautiful, and enjoyable to see. Lets ust view half of them today and the other half tomorrow!
Thanks for coming with me as we conclude our leisurely meandering.

Having sold lots of the plants and therefore having to repot after dividing them, the number of blooms is down. Still enough for a nice walk today.
Many of the plants that have been pictured in the past, but these are new pics taken today, and you decide if you have seen them already or not.
The hardy lilies are almost through blooming but let's see what we can find. Not many, but a few! Oh and look! A couple of Aussie blooms!
Today's visit will be to enjoy the tropical lily blooms. Hang on, here we go! We will finish the stroll tomorrow.
With the cold weather comes the end of the lily blooms, pretty much. Here are the pics taken last Saturday, as I finished up taking pics of the tropical lily blooms. I have scheduled one more walk.
Today, let's walk through the greenhouse! It is a little disorganized as we have been bringing things in for the winter, and packing away tropical tubers.
Just like the outside ponds, the greenhouse now looks like winter has arrived. The beautiful marginals that we just observed have received their "winter haircut."
Our walk today will show how things are changing. The area round the stock pond had all of those half barrel containers surrounding it, full of hardy lilies. These are now all emptied, as you can tell. There were about 50 tubs in this area. The banana trees have been cut down to the ground and mulched over. Not as pretty as is during the summer, as mud and gloom replaces green and bloom. Oh well, we wait for spring!
Today is the final walk around for this year. After all, it is November 1!
The hardy lilies have quit blooming, and the tropical lilies have been moved into the greenhouse to start harvesting their tubers, but there were three lilies blooming. While we re walking on this first day of November, maybe I should also show you some of my wet pets.
