Beautiful pond! I have about 1000 gallons less then you. I think the filtration is very cool! For me the foot print of all that would be a nightmare. Keep us posted on the maintenance schedule on this setup. Just for comparison Im flowing around 18k and hour at about 600w and the filtration foot print is 32”X82”. I also really like the idea on the bottom drains. Look forward to seeing more info on it in the future!

That is interesting. Thanks for posting. I saw a couple of things I haven't seen before, and that is always fun.

I’m sure you’ve seen the combi units by profidrum, this is what I’m running on my pond. I have two FF pumps, one runs the waterfall and the other pumps to 3 trp’s and also pumps to a DIY bakki shower to feed the upper pond. The pond is 6’ deep 2 BD and 2 skimmers. I did add a UV to the drum because I did have green water for a little bit, pond is just about a year old now. The water is amazing now!

Amazing pond but Interesting choice of filtration. I want to see how will it handle 25-30 of jumbo koi.

I don't want to make the mistake last time of over stocking, at most 6 more koi, i will double my spending limit now tho, so instead of 12 good koi i want 5 or 6 amazing well known koi

Hopefully this link works, somehow my last video is locked on private and I can’t change it. This is the main pond, there is a upper pond that spills into about 50’ of stream to the lower pond. I live in Michigan.
My goal is to grow 30” plus fish in this thing,
So I’m trying to decide how many fish is a good number also. I can’t wait to see what fish you but in yours! I’m not sure I could ever keep under 10!

Thanks, my brother in law lives in Vegas, next time I’m out there I’ll have to look you up! Would love to see your pond in person, pictures never do them justice!
