      Exclamation Lose of kio

I recently used activated carbon(500 grams) in my filter 80 liters and my pond is approx, 800 liters, I've started to loose fish and have gone off food , I've thought of emptying the pond and refilling it but we're on a hose pipe ban I use a uva filter two /three times a week according to instructions of the filter, could some one give me feed back as this is breaking my heart with the lose of some really good fish.

      Hi welcome
What is the purpose for using active carbon?
I’m suspecting the koi can be killed by chlorine in the new water
I’ve use active carbon before and it seems doesn’t take care the chlorine in a larger water change
I use Prime Seachem powder for my dechlorine purpose
How long did you have the setup? I though it is a bit too small to House koi
      How many koi or population?
Do you know how to test the water? Etc
