Filter mode on pressurized bead filter passing water through multiport valve

      To whom it may concern,
I want to see how many people in the koi hobby have experienced leaking multiport valves on various different types of pressurized bead filters.
If so where is it leaking.
Is the water passing through the backflush port in the filter mode?

Lately i have been replacing alot of internal parts for certain type of bead filters.
Some seem to have different problems based on the brand.

      Let me know
      Thank you for your feedback.

Inside the multiport valve is a spider gasket. It has developed some wear or gotten some debris caught in it. It is not hard to replace, and many pool supply places will have them. Different ones for different valve bodies, but all about the same for installation. I had one go out on a SacKoi 15, following a break in one of the internal pipes sending beads out during backwash.

My spider gasket needed replaced on my pentair and advanced bead filter. Some have poor internals and probably what nick is referring to.
