      Yeah, back in 2000, my first GF puddle was about 3' deep. Maybe. Then the Heron found us. That's how the GF invaded the house. Like you, my pond is 5+ feet deep now. Lets see the Heron stand on the bottom now.

      One Osprey is still coming back but not able to dive bomb the trout pond. I still run the bird off with shotgun blasts though as I have other ponds that are not protected with the lines. That said the bird is not easily scared off by shotgun blasts. Maybe pyrotechnics?
