      Need help identifying gill condition

I'm new to this site and not sure if my previous post went through.

Has anyone seen a gill condition like this? I'm thinking it's either gill fluke, gill curling or a deformity I haven't noticed in the last year I've inherited my koi pond. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
