      Sore spot

I just notice this white scab like wound - anyone have idea what it is and what if any treatment. Seems to be acting normal - just in front of the black -

Really hard to see. If your water quality is good, I would wait and see if it gets worse or clears on its own.

What are your current water parameters?
      Ammonia
      Nitrite
      pH
      KH

Any major changes lately? Added new fish? Is this a new system, etc?

Thank you for response- water quality is pretty good- This one is always eating the algae etc off the sides and bumping into the rock ledges- no rock on the bottom-

      ph- 8.2
      amm- between 0-.25
      nitrite- 0
      nitrate- 20
      kh- 7 drops
      gh-5 drops
      salinity- .05 %

no new fish- it is a fairly new system as I drained and powerwashed the entire pond early April - bought the house and pond had been neglected- had 6 inches of decaying organics in it-

What little I can see, I don't see it being red and inflamed, so I would just wait and see if it becomes red (needs attention) or disappears (all is well). It could have come from banging into overhanging rocks, bird strike, or other.
