      Weird

Kidz are usually sleeping at the bottom soon after the sun goes down. Today is snack Thursday so at 4 pm I supplement their once a day feeding by hanging a piece of lime for them to chew on. It is now 830 pm, way past their bedtime and I found them still nibbling on this piece of lime. I'm sure the meat part on the lime are all gone and now they are nibbling on the skin part. Are they just bored? Hopefully they don't stay up all night.

      For sure, tipi-toe next time.

Come to think about it, there was one other time I found them awake at night (midnight) and I couldn't figure out why. But I finally did. It was a warmish winter evening and ice chunks were falling to the ground from our metal roof which I guess created enough sound and vibration to disturb them.

They look so calm. Mine fight even in the cold whenever food is around. Lol
I’d love to have a camera set up to see them whenever I want. Very nice setup

So I came home from work and turned on the koi channel and pressed rewind to see if they ever gone to bed last night. They did, soon after midnight; they've gone down to sleep, but only to wake up pretty early at 4am! They normally only wake up soon after the sun starts rise. I also notice that my hanging lime on a string went missing! This is what I found happened to it:

Anyways I won't be hanging anymore food past bedtime lol.
