      Shusui "Hi" Development?

I acquired a tosai Shusui last summer and it seems to be developing some more hi around the cheek/face.
And I think I also see a thin line of red hue on it's completely clear pectoral fins. Can my fish develop a stunning motoaka in the future?

These are obviously 2 different fish, but could this big of a change actually happen?
My fish looks identical to the one on the left...just with a little bit of hi around the face to start with.

And at what age/size does the blue coloring turn white?

      Thanks

The one on the left could never become the one on the right. Beni development on Shusui is not the same as Asagi and you shouldn’t expect more than a little bit to develop. Secondary Beni on the face can be an issue. Whether or not the skin turns white depends on the quality of the fish. Lower quality tend to go gray with dirty patches.

      Well, not exactly.
If you look at the koi on the right there are telltale signs that the beni is stable and genetically coded to be on the face of this koi. Look at the eyes. That looks like that has been there a while and didn't develop up onto the face as it matured.
Ideally, you want the beni that is there to be stable. There are areas on the koi on the left that indicate the beni may not be that stable. Asking it to then develop even further into the pattern on the right, or some semblance of it, seems unlikely.

Yes, another way to of think of it as a powdery appearance.
Stability can cover a range possible concerns including stray beni, thin/weak beni or as above, powdery appearing beni. There are probably more but those are the aspects that come to mind.
