      a metallic doits ochiba and doits ochiba. just freaken cool looking.. show koi don't know,, never had them, but I like them, both under 10in right now,, what do you think??

      Really like the second one. Rather stout body shape for a young fish, big pectoral fins, and an interesting pattern.

      was told its was slow to the dinner table at feeding time

      I love ochiba. The non-metallic doitsu ochiba is definitely my favorite. And i dont know if you have had ochiba before, but part of the fun is the seasonal changes they go through. Nice fish!

      not this type of ochibas,, just ginrin.. and that one was a 10 in my books.. an old man was asking me 100s questions about it at a show one year and then asked how much. told him not for sale.. but he liked it so much and he was so nice,, well it lives in his huge pond my a golf course now.. lol

      thank you,,, It a bit darker now than when I picked it up.. not sure if it has to do with temp of water or just life in gen.. I hope it goes back to being a bit more lighter.
