Scarce USA info posted such as models offered, specifications, pricing, parts and support after the sale. Difficult to get a warm and fuzzy feeling about commitment to USA market.

Zac just added the models and pricing to the post. Looks like they have a 4500gph unit for $1,823 and a 6600gph unit for $2,228. That's about half the cost of other similar sized units that are available in the US.

These filters have been excellent and really are a great value. I am the USA dealer for DracoDrum and currently have three Origins and three DracoDrum25's in stock as well as a Solum 25 stand alone RDF. I am coming up with great combination filters systems to incorporate them into, and i am starting to think up some good drop-in applications as well. If anyone is interested in adding a RDF into their existing filter system then please ask all the questions you want and I will try my best to answer them all. Black Friday pricing is only available from today Nov 24th - Friday Dec 8th, so even if we haven't fully designed a system around it you might as well save the couple hundred dollars and get the rest sorted out later. This will be the ONLY SALE on these filters.

Those are for the STANDALONE RDF's, not the Drop-In versions which need to be enclosed in a separate filter chamber. I have a customer interested in dropping a DracoDrum into an existing 275 gal moving bed tote filter, so I came up with this Origins Media Shield that can be screwed onto the RDF to keep all of the moving bed media away from the inside of the RDF...

Leave a message. I have been to his place and he wears protective gear for his ears as he is cutting and such. The rest of that place on its own is not that quiet either. He will get back to you.

As Jim mentioned I usually have ear plugs or ear muffs on due to the loud noises of my equipment. I am also a one man show at the moment so i do not have any extra time to spend on the phone. My preferred mode of communication is through e-mail so we both have a written record of what has been said. This also allows up to exchange pictures and drawings so everyone is on the same page. Please send me an e-mail with as much information as you can gather about your current pond or future pond project and we can start a dialog.
