      The koi marching home

      It's been a long 2 years, but the wait is almost over.



      It got 3rd place at All Japan ZNA last year




      It spend 2 summer at Taniguchi. Mr. Taniguchi gave it 2 thumb up coming out of the mud pond this October.



      The final shot arriving on US soil. Where it will be quarantine for 2-4 week before coming home to Texas.

      First let me give you a well deserved congratulations, leaving her for two years in the mud it showed lots of nerves on your part now that she's here it is your responsibility to show the breeder your going to take her to the next level I wish you the best with a beautiful koi, it just hit for some reason I would like to call her Melisa.

      I did visit her last October 2016. The breeder said she had potential and suggest I leave her one more year.
