Possible Pop Eye in Oranda/Ryukin Mix

I noticed this morning that one of my goldfish babies has what looks to be PopEye.
No others are showing any sign of it. Water changes are 75% a week.
I put him in a large Tupperware with salt .3 . What else should I be doing? Also
how long do I keep him in the salt?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

PS...I just changed or added a new food. Hikari Fancy Goldfish food. Do you think it could be the problem? Feeding too much?

Do you have a picture that shows the amount of popeye? Some goldfish have eyes that sit further out than others. I don't think that it could be from the food. http://weloveteaching.com/puregold/d...tom.htm#dropsy says it generally comes from dropsy, which is very difficult to cure.

I had a mixed fantail goldfish in my pond that I thought was getting dropsy because she had gotten pop eyes. Still have her and quite healthy, I think she may have some dragon eye genetics.
