      Local only or ship ground?

      Can valve be serviced/replace?

Is there a screen in front of the weir?

      Thanks,
      Adam

I will ship anywhere in the continental United States cost is about $300 the 2 inch knife valve can be replaced it doesn't hinder the operation of the sieve whatsoever and yes the screen is on the opposite side of the weir. there's also a spare screen that comes with the unit

And what does the shipping cost entail. White glove from UPS or you assembling?

the Carrier will depend on where you're located in the United States. the only assembling required would be to set the unit in place and hook it up. the removable parts would include the weir the sieve screen and the flotation container that is connected to the weir.

I ship via ground all the time and the question was more for if you were taking the unit to a UPS store and paying for their packaging service or packaging yourself and shipping?

i would be packing it myself. its foolish to pay for something suck as packing that is sub-par at best. i can be a much better job.

Best of luck with sale, but after further consideration, I am going to have to pass on this unit.

For the record, since fabricating box, if the dimensions of the box are 27x16x41 @ 80lbs (South Jersey => Albuquerque for reference) , you eek under the multiplier for girth and can greatly reduce the shipping cost, plus the cost of boxes. I know that this makes things tight (1/2 - 1" clearances) and there would have to be some understanding with the purchaser for liability of damages and such and/or additional insurance purchased.

Thought about it, but wife says "NO, you build it!"

gl with the build... i know others have built these units and with great results to boot. but i think at the end of the day they spent as much if not more then buying one.

Thanks, but I am not planning on doing the adjustable weir. That should make things easier for the first one. After that who knows?
