To me, Podophyllum pleianthum seems to match your leaves closer than Podophyllum difforme. Another variation of the Chinese Mayapple!
They said there were a lot of different variations but thought it was Podophyllum something.
I'm thinking that spot might be too much shade too as it's really spindly compared to most of those pictures so when I move
it I might try and find a little more sun. It says "light shade" and I'm thinking that spot is pretty darn heavily shaded.

Wow, I have May apples everywhere but didn't know there were so many varieties. Mine has 2 leaves and one apple

Gives me an idea of how much sun/shade it needs... where it is it gets mainly shade and at the most filtered sun,
no direct sun ever; so maybe I'll look for a little more filtered light and less complete shade. It doesn't seem to mind
too much where it's at because it's reappeared every summer for 10 years... but never spread much either.
Not many big broad leafed plants like it around here so it's fun to see it pop up each year.
