      Asteroid the comet... Or not?

First photo February 23 when she first went out into the pond. Looks like a comet. Second photo taken today. Now she looks like a COMMON. Maybe a mix? What do you guys think?

definitely not a common as the tail fins are long. Looks like it has a shortened body axis indicating it may have fan tail or other fancy form in it lineage.

The fish looked like this when I got her early this year. I loved the ridge above her head because it kinda reminded me of a Ryukin. However, in the new photo her tail is much shorter than it was when I got her and the fork in it isn't there anymore. It has filled in a lot like a common.

What is a "shortened body axis"? She's actually grown a longer peduncle now. It was a bit shorter when I got her.

Here's Asteroid now. She's a comet mostly but there's some common or something in her definitely.
