2 weeks old and some of them have black specs/areas, are these considered sanke since they werent born black, or showa since the parents are showa?

The babies all have some black on them. Biggest ones are maybe half an inch? Have had to do 2 total water changes today and yesterday due to decaying brine shrimp eggs ammonia spikes. Heres a pic of whats left of the herd.
Ive culled one deformty. All the weak ones seem to of died off in other ways (to much algae, amonia, bugs, ect)
Better pic of one of them. I definitely think they will turn out metallic, they look very shiny on their sides.
They are lookin' healthy, having thickened up a good bit. You may have a mix of varieties there when all is said and done. Being that showa were used in the spawning, it may be a few weeks before the colors start to appear in a way that gives you a good idea how they will turn out. I look forward to seeing that. And they can still change a good bit in the months after that.
After being reduced to 4 babies, 2 of which have deformites i think (mom wont let me cull them yet :/ ) they spawned again and i have another 30-40 babies.
I lost alot due to the bigger ones eating small ones, i didnt think there was that big of a size difference yet....
So update, new babies are doing great, one of them (picutred below) already looks like an actual fish! I decided to put the larger babies outside and they sure did take off compared to the smaller ones inside.
My guess is this is a baby metallic Hi-utsuri?
5 weeks old and about 2.5 - 3inches! This is the biggest of the batch, the rest are about 2/3rds his size. But ever since i let them outside, they have flourished!
That one is looking good Andrew, thick build. Looking like a kin showa.
Im not exactly sure what my babies are, as none of them were born black and one of the parents is actually a bekko. What would these be considered? I made a post in the please judge my mutt section of the fourm if you want to see update pics. the biggest one (pictured above) is close to 5inches at 6months old!
Those look like very good results considering how different the parents are. I think #6 looks good, like a kin showa, except that the sumi is more of a spot patern than bands like a showa. I am not familiar with any variety being called "kin sanke", but I wonder if that is what that one would be called.
Most seem to have the hikari shine from the platinum female parent. The sumi patterns vary. Some are more of a showa/utsuri layout, and some are more of a sanke/bekko layout or a mix. Number 2, 7, & 10 aren't bad either. Nice work Andrew.

Best 2 so far. The larger one I like the white but the speckled beni seems to be staying. On the smaller, the beni is falling apart, however if it continues it will make a nice black/white koi IMO.
They're lookin' good Andrew, and have a nice shine.
