Route the outputs from the skimmer and bottom drain to a Ultraisieve III. Pump the sieve output to the bead filter, to UV (as needed) and return. Naturally the bottom drain should have an aerated dome.

I do have an airated dome koi toilet. That's not a bad idea! I am thinking to much about bio at the moment! Anywhere I can come in under $1250 for an evolution aqua?

The Midisieve has a single 4" input and is designed for 3500gph flow. So you would have to combine the BD and skimmer into a single 4" port to feed the sieve. If it is designed and made as well as the Ultrasieve III, it is a good bit of kit. I had two Cetus sieves years ago and replaced them with UltraSieve III units.
