Healthy Koi, wierd spot on side?

So I was bored and dropped a gopro into pond today, and I saw a round, white puffy spot on one of my koi. I have no idea what it is, and if it is old or what as you can not see it without video of side. Any thoughts, advice, welcome.

Water is very good, zero ammonia, frequent water changes, covered for winter with filtration going and filters cleaned often. Water temp is 54* currently. Fish seems super healthy, hoping it is an old scar maybe?

I think that what you are looking at is healing tissue where a scale has come off. Note the other scales behind this spot are dark in color. White tissue is generally scar tissue healing over a tear/ulcer/scrape. Those large scales are easily removed by netting a fish, so it is common. No sign of anything that is in need of treatment, but if it becomes reddened, then come back for further instructions.

Rich is correct as usual. Doitsu generally will lose a scale or two as life moves on. The resulting injury can look and make an owner concerned but is usually nothing more than time passing...........but it does require some observation.,
