Treating with multiple medications will usually result in a failure of some sort. After choosing a treatment it is best to let it play out and by simply observing, deciding whether or not to continue the protocol or to change because of an adverse reaction, is the best decision for you and your collection.
If you read what the committee members have posted on our pages of situations, it will be very clear as to what treatments and protocols might be suggested.

Im treating Skin Fluke.
Im trying to treat skin fluke with prazi and proform c. And it seems to be not working. What else can i use for this treatment?
Proform C at doses that will not kill a substantial number of the fish will do nothing for flukes.
Prazi usually works if dosed long enough (at least 2 doses 7 days apart, but often times 3 to 4 doses are needed) and the water is warm enough. Other effective treatments for flukes are Fluke Tabs [(methyl-5-benzol-benaimidizole-2-carbamate) and (dimethyl 2,2,2-trichloro-1-hydroxyethyl) phosphonate)] and other organophosphates, such as Malathion, Trichlorcide, and Trichlorfon. None of these, though, are as safe to use as Prazi (praziquental).
What indicates that you have skin flukes?
Can you please provide numbers for:
Ammonia
Nitrite
pH
KH
