      Drop-in Formed EPDM Liners

Another construction question! I have a pond builder here who mentioned drop-in liners can be formed to the spec of the tank. Someone mentioned on FB that someone here on Koiphen may know....

So the question is; does anyone know of a company that does this? Forms EPDM liner into a rectangle/box shape that can be dropped in?

No one that I have found can form EPDM drop-in liners, but they can make them with other thermoplastic liner materials like PVC/HDPE/ETC...

Quoted from Highdesertkoi.com (AKA birdman, Steve's website)
Made from 36 mill food grade polypropylene, this liner is completely fish and UV safe, and will last a life time.

Priced at $2.50 a square foot, more expensive than a conventional liner, but you save on lighter shipping weight, and your not paying for the extra liner that would be hidden folds with other flat liners.

I got this liner, but not preformed. It is pretty darn strong and much lighter than EPDM
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!
My build, slowly but surely coming along.

I bought a drop in from Steve a few years ago.
It was easy to work and fit like a glove .

We are still making the Drop In Liners, but sorry price had gone up. PM me for a current quote.
Here's an example made for one of my projects.

And a 32' by 12' drop in liner for a river flow designed pond. 4' deep at shallow end and 8 feet deep at deep end.
