They sure don't look like they are any worse for wear.

Keep your words sweet. You never know when you may have to eat them.

Oh they are so cute. Lol I want one.
I am in Atlanta.
Yikes! I actually do a pretty good job considering most of my fish were sickies from Walmart and PetSmart. I'm not perfect but I love my fish and they do okay. I am learning and I will probably never be good enough for many people anyway. I can find a Ranchu myself and buy my own if I'm really that desperate. Wasn't expecting such a reply but it's all good. My Citrine I pulled from my green water seems to be quite the happy camper
It may be my filtration. I was also told this can be normal for new outdoor fish holdings. Frankly I'm not sure because I had an outdoor fish holding all last year that I stocked heavier and I never had this problem. The calcium thing started my water clarity issues and it got worse from there. An experienced keeper in goldfish just told me I should never use that product again, so who knows?
Regardless, I pay close attention to everyone and everyone is alive and well. I don't feed for growth as I don't believe it's a good idea if the fish isn't show quality. Despite that, a baby fish I paid $5 for beat fish much more costly than him in the show I went to FOR FUN last year. Of course we cannot keep them all alive but we can try our hardest.
ANY fish I get, no matter how small or how healthy or sick will be loved and well cared for. Green water or not I pay close attention and I really am trying to learn. And I'm sure you have heard of Atlanta. We are not quite as bad as Chicago.
My little Ulliri pulled from green water seems pretty happy too Anyway I didn't mean to disturb your thread and I would take good care of any fish I got regardless of where it came from or who gave/sold it to me.
Ah. That is where the show was last year. Did you attend?
Ah gotcha. Well I will be at every single one for the forseeable future. If you decide to ever attend, let me know and I'll give you a holler. It'll be nice to meet another keeper from this area. Nice wee ones BTW. I still can't see mine :D
The parents of these just spawned for the first time this year. 8 days earliest this year 5/4/17.
