      Plant with Runners

My daughter bought me a bush last year. I usually keep the names, but I didn't This year it is putting out
runners all through my flower bed.
Does anyone know what it is? And will it hurt the plant if I clip off all of the runners? Sorry they are sideways..

Pam not sure on the name of the plant, but I think it would be fine to cut the runners back. Hopefully someone here will know the name of the plant.

looks like it could be wisteria. I'd dig it up quickly; all of it. Or better yet, spray it with vine killer.

Thanks, but not wisteria. I know how bad that can be. I just cut off the runners as Nancy stated. It puts runners out every year, but I keep
it like a bush. Still don't know what it is.
