      I would say bail on the first one, from my very limited knowledge and experience it is not going to look any better than it does now.

      the other looks like it is going to be short and fat, I would also think it is going to get darker, but with the gin rin, it will be flashy, hopefully those specs of beni disappear.

      Have no clue what a orichiba is . Late at night my fat fingers hit the wrong keys. Was thinking Ochiba , some can be real late bloomers. They might not be nothing but mutts but they should still look cool when grown.

      This is the of the koi I threw in a small mud pond. It's grown a little over 5" and is at a total of 13 1/2 inches. I haven't feed it in the 5 months it's been in there.
