Loss of body control in young koi spawn April 2015

I've posted multiple times in health and amateur breeders about the nightmare I'm having with my young koi, I would REALLY appreciate some experienced opinions. Essentially, for many months my perfectly healthy looking offspring have one by one flipped upside down and floated or sank to the bottom and lay over.

I have volumes of details in the two other forums on water quality, maintenance, feeding, symptoms, and the dozens of things and meds I've tried to help those afflicted and stop this. If anyone here has ever seen this symptom, please, please reply.

      Thanks so much!

      Pics of befores and afters

Here are some pictures of a couple tanks with unaffected fish and a couple pics of ones that have been stricken. Please note, the curved bodies of afflicted fish were NOT present until after weeks of illness, also the wasting. I know at this point, euthanizing them is preferable, but I wanted to show the whole horrible symptom pattern and I keep trying everything possible to find a cure.
Also, if you look closely at the bottom pic, the fish on the left has a half eroded tail, this symptom just started happening to some of the afflicted fish. I'm thinking maybe fin rot , because of their weakened state?

Thanks to all who try to help!

First thing I think of is stray voltage. An electric leak. Do you have a gfi?

2nd thing would be quality of food.

3rd would be over treatment of meds or chemicals. Using a binder with water changes?

Hi Cindy, It isn't stray voltage, and I only feed premium foods, but I do use wate treatment. Most of the time I use Prime, although occasionally now I use Hikari's Ultimate also. Could too much dechlorinator cause these symptoms? I don't measure exact every time, but I try to use the cap to approximate every dose.
