From the top down, Female, male, male, female, not sure but edging towards female. only judging on the photos so not an exact science. I look at body shape an the tell tail for me is a narrowing towards the tail about a third of the dorsal fin from the rear of the koi or in between the fins on the bottom of the koi the fourth koi shows this dip slightly. I hope this helps.
I agree with niceshowa and last one for me is a female.
Beautiful koi!!! 4th one in particular wow, what type is it?
1. Goshiki - going to get a bit messy on the hi plates = female
2 Hi Showa - this fish appears to have an infection indicated by the deep reddening of the pecs and tail. - Male
3. Yamabuki - this one has decent shine and even coloration - male
4. Kujaku. this one lacks good metallic sheen and is a bit messy. Male
5. Kawarigoi - the scales, being doitsu, are not well aligned and there are a couple spots of orange that shouldn't be there - sex is questionable, but I'd guess male.

Mike the showa in question above did have a slight infection - the fins at the ends look slightly torn like paper. Not sure on this one I'm going to look it up and see if I need to pull it to my tank and inject it. I would much rather salt heavy and see if this helps as my holding tank currently has 3 large fish in it healing from ulcers ( 1000 gallon tank)
