      Sakai Sanke and Omosako Shiro

Just purchased these tosai off the auction at Pan Intercorp. I really like the Sanke. The Shiro has a pretty yellow head but maybe it will whiten up? I'm thinking male for both?

What do you guys think of their future? Please critique.Name: DSC_2388.jpg

Sanke - decent skin, body okay but head is short. A male.

Shiro - Better head/shoulders/frame. The pecs somewhat indicate male, but the yellowish head could be from color food, or just being immature. I've seen many females that had yellowish heads when young that turn white later. This one, IMHO, however, appears to be male. A high percentage of fish in the Pan Intercorp auction are males. Even at this quality level, you usually won't get females for that price point, even at their auction, though a few have slipped by.
