So your asking a retailer who sales a product in order to earn a living to provide you with detailed specs of the product so that you can DIY your own? Maybe do like the people who spent time and money designing the product and experiment until you get it like you want.

When I first got my Zakki sieve it was being sent with a flat screen. I figured there had to be a reason why all of the others had theirs curved. I curved mine and it picked up a little more debris, although I can't tell you why as I never looked into it more. To curve mine, I applied pressure and curved it by rolling it over a 4 inch piece of pvc pipe. When I upgraded to my 100m screen Zac had it curved for me so it was more uniform. A metal roller in a shop would probably do it, but not sure of any specific angles.

Well, if you get upset when the solution is not spoon-fed to you, and resent being told to experiment or research, then yes.

Maybe you could send him a US III so he can have it to transfer all the measurements. If you could pay shipping and provide a return label that would be great also.
