Okay, I'm stuck and my brain hurts. Question 7 on the Water Quality Exam has me stumped, I have no idea how to answer this, I never made it past basic math in school, lol, I thought question 6 was hard. I also feel like questions 69 and 70 are the same, what am I missing? If anyone can help me, you can send me a PM.

      Thanks,
      Cheryl

Okay, I think I figured it out, I had to walk away from it for a moment, we will see!

I still don't see a difference in questions 69 and 70, so they are getting the same answer, time to turn it in!

      Wish me luck!

Good luck! Water Quality and Diagnosis and Treatment were the two toughest courses for me. I just referred to my water quality exam and it does look like 69 and 70 are the same question just asked differently. Those questions on salinity change are confusing but once you have the basic formula down you can figure out any change in salinity.

I think I got it, but we will see, I do math very weird because I was never taught to do algebra, so formulas are difficult for me to grasp, I have a round about way of doing it, but hopefully I got it. I just sent my test off to be graded, I'm super nervous about this one. Diagnosis and treatment are next, but I need to order the book first.

Sorry about showing up late, water quality, and Duncans course are the most involved yet the most rewarding. Im glad you worked it out, and Im sure you did fine Cheryl. (Water quality is one of those courses that can take some feedback, and more then one attempt, so don't get discouraged.

It looks like I passed the water quality course! I really put a lot of thought into that one especially, so it feels great! Time to order my book and get the last one done before the lab.

I'm not looking forward to the math test, one thing is that its in another languish, but you all use inches, gallons and ounces , I use metric. Think I'm going to pop a few fuses,
