I found this? BLACK SPOT
Black spot appears as tiny black spots all over the body, just as the name suggests. These black spots are actualy the cysts of a fluke which lives in the intestines of various birds. The eggs of the flukes pass to the pond via the faeces where they hatch and infest snails. From here they progress to other fish within the pond burying themselves into the other layer of skin forming a black casing around themselves. As the fish within the pond enviroment are the host carriers for the flukes, they don't cause much harm to the fish. If the koi are eaten by birds, the cycle is complete and will start again.
Here is a pic of what I mean..The dots are sure lined up..

are they black? those look like tiny holes. Odd that its lined up. Check in and around the pond see if there is anything that size that would leave holes or spots like that.
I have felt them and they are not holes..Its on more than one fish to..

Well Im not sure what they could be but as long as the fish are eating and stuff I would say keep an eye on them see if it spreads. Or maybe do a scrape and scope to see them up close. Wish I could be more help.
Check the gill plates...are they there too? Wonder if they are breeding tubercles on your male koi.

They are little raised dots that the male gets on his head, gill plates and pectoral fins (not always ALL areas) during mating time. They normally look like white dots or almost like holes or pores (which yours DO look like in the pic...not black...but you can see best in-person).
Oops..didn't finish. The males uses these to nudge the female to get her to release eggs.

Odd that your nitrate is zero....wondering how that can be if your ammonia and nitrite are 0....
