Millbergers Nursery gets some decent koi. I believe they are blackwater creek premium grade koi, but that's just a guess. They just have a couple of tubs so there won't be a big selection.

Other than that it's just pet shop grade koi in San Antonio as far as I know.

Just outside of San Antonio on I-10 east is Water Garden Gems. I've only been there once a very long time ago but they had lots of koi.

Contact the local club, Texas Koi and Fancy Goldfish Society. They have some ponds that are worth seeing.

Water Garden Gems is a great place to spend time at. The club holds an annual spring sale in March or April where Andy Moo brings in koi, and does special request as well so you save on shipping.

Just FYI, April 11 - 13 is the annual Spring Festival at Water Garden Gems. They will have a couple breeders/importers with stock for sale. A few of us in Lone Start Koi Club (Houston) are meeting up out there.
