5th shot .Looks Like healing ,wound has a whitish scabbing , but the injection area is red and has a white fuzy looking stuff reminds me of the fuzz on rotten fruit. I had to move up toward the front more did not want to inject in the inflammed area . the plunger was harder to push ,hope I wasnt into some organ , fish came out of it and is swimming fine
Looking good. Just watch closely when koi comes up to eat. As Dogman said,no more handling unless necessary. Keep pond clean.
How's your Koi doing now vpkoi?

looks good , from what I can see . I think he made it through .. I see white healing tissue . I haven't netted yet so only what I can see from pond eye level looks good ,fish seems happy and normal. I"m having computer problems.I took this week off went fishing @ Galveston , caught a 36" bull red fish I cant Imagine a 36" fish in a pond thing was huge.
Excellent! Good to have on hand for any future issues. I had a LOT of problems this year and learned how important it is to have your koi first aid kit ready. That way when something comes up, you aren't freaking out for three days waiting for the mail to get to your house. lol
It looks better....but still kind of odd to me. I know that isn't really helpful. lol What is the yellowish patch? Is it "crusty" or...?

I bought mine here... fast and trouble free to get.. I've used it on two koi and a goldfish...no issues
Oppurtunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work!"

Great job of rescure this fish! lot of work and you did it.
So I try to understand further from some expert of what's going on here and how to prevent it happend for other koi hobby.
1- Bacterial infection caused by parasite, so if the fish is on the recover but the parasite is still in the water. Will parasite attach the fish again if water is not going to be treated? I'm assume Pro C and Pazi will do the job, isn't it?
2- I don't have much experience about this but if I noticed my fish show some sign of ucler, red vein on the skin or body. With that, I can assume there are some parasite and/or costia in the water, Can I then treat the whole pond with Pro C and Pazi to keep it under control? And keep an eyes on the infect fish to see if the it's getting better before going to other treatment.
Would like to hear from you all about this so I can have a better prevent care if something like this is going happen to my fish. Thanks
