      Solar cover question.

Would a solar cover over my aquaponics system (above ground IBC totes) keep them warm enough not to freeze? If so, any suggestions for a decently inexpensive solar cover? I'm racking my brain here trying to figure out how I'm going to overwinter these things.

Should keep it from freezing using enough aeration

I seriously doubt a solar cover will prevent above ground IBCs from freezing. Sun doesn't shine at night, nor does it shine everyday in the winter. Temperatures in your part of the country can get pretty cold in the winter.
