I've seen some on Ebay in the past(very reasonable) as Vipertom has mentioned.

If you are looking for pre-prepared samples of various parasites, they don't exist. When you take a sample, it is hard to keep the parasites alive for more than a few minutes. Between drying out, and the heat of the lamp, they are very fragile.

If you are looking for a microscope, there are some good ones on ebay. Just be sure that it has the optics for 40/100/400 power, a light source (not mirror), and a moving stage.

I used to teach parasitology, so I know that there are a lot of prepared slides out there for this topic. I have an entire set of them that I inherited when they closed this departmet down at the university. Also, at the clinical lab where I do parasitology, we also make our own prepared slides after staining. they are permanently mounted with a resin-type mounting medium (that for the life of me I can't remember the name of). It's probably called perma-mount or something similar. We've used it to make permanent mounts of insects, worms, protozoan parasites in a liquid solution; stained mounts that have gone through a fixing process, etc.). Not sure if they have koi parasite slides, but most of the university slides were purchased from either Carolina Biologicals or Ward's Scientific. I believe Fisher Scientific was also starting to get into biological specimens. As for a mounting medium (if you want to try to prepare some of your own for reference): Try doing a google search of permament mounting medium for microscope slides.

Here is a review of different types of mounting medium:

      hope this helps a bit,
