Earth warms ,beetle grubs, dragonfly nymphs. Like to cut a head of lettuce in half and watch them tear it apart. No nutritional value but fun to watch.

Was told to remove seeds from any fruits?

      Thumbs up

      Nice thread.

All good stuff. They sure do love the thawed frozen salad shrimp. The smaller one will go nuts/INSANE for freeze dried bloodworms

My guys seemed to really enjoy crickets. I only fed them once, just out of curiosity. lol.

I feed mine OSI Koi Gourmet Food- but as treats.. Strawberry, orange, and blueberry. It smells like Trix, but they go nuts over it. My turtles love it too.

I have tried all of these..... My fish won't touch them, all this stuff ends up in my sieve or skimmer if I try. They only eat pellets. Is there a trick to gettin them to eat something new ?

You've tried the OSI koi "gournet food"? They are kinda like pellets.
