      floaters

      i have noticed floating poo in my qt recently, it is 2 to 3 inches long also thin and kind of transparent. most of the other poo is darker, smaller in length and and lies on the qt floor( does not float). does this mean there is something wrong with one of my koi, the food i feed is the floating type. thanks in advance for any replies

      I like to soak pellets before feeding especially when their systems are more sluggish like spring and fall.
      You can soak them in water (bottled if your tap has chlorine or chloramines) or even fruit juices. I like to use cranberry juice, orange juice or water.

      Yes wheat is not well digested and it floats.
