      You mean you don't???

I thought that was a standard requirement to be a koi keeper?

My dogs determine the quality of the food. Hyper activity when the food jar is moved and overwhelming excitement when it is opened are the keys to determining which food I use. Then again when they go outside to do their duty they eat every rabbit turd they can find.\

Oh well, back to the drawing board.

I really like feeding my koi silk worm pupea late spring, summer. However price has gone up and I have a lot of fish to feed. I did a google search for the stuff and to my suprise found it for sale at Korean oriental foodmarket. They sell it for human food, high in protien. Went to their store and found it in the frozen section $3 dollars a pound. My fish are goona eat good this year. Another suprise at the store, next to silk worm pupea they had frozen crickets. Holy Moly, people eat that too!
