      How to hide a shower

Because of limited space, I have racked my brains to find a way to make a Bakki Shower be a part of the decore around my pond. I love the sound that it would add, but wish to make it appealing to the eye. I am sure there are some creative designs that add, not detract from the great ambiance that a waterfall, stream, etc. gives to our ponds. Show us your pictures,
      PPPPLEASE !!!

I recently saved this pic of a swimming pool that has a waterfall with a grotto under it for a possible future application. I was thinking that if designed with proper access that the shower could go in the grotto under the fall. Just a thought...

Norm (Scrmnkg) built an L-shaped screen for mine out of stained bamboo fencing (http://www.mastergardenproducts.com/...amboofence.htm). He framed it with cedar that he torched to match. I have access to the shower from one side and the back, and the guts of it are completely hidden from any angle in the back yard. It's tucked under a redwood tree, and the dark bamboo blends in really well. I'm sure Norm has pics -- I'm technology impaired

Nice thing about an L-shaped screen like the one by Norm is that the screen itself doesn't become obtrusive itself, which can happen if you try to build something with a "heavy" look and feel that might surround the entire shower. A lattice type design would also provide a more light and airy look. Do a web search on garden arbors for some ideas.

I have not mastered resizing my pictures, so I'll throw them on this post anyway.

The problem is that bottom drain/settlement tank is pump feed to a pressurized filter to the back pond waterfall. (second picture) The shower would have to be built above the back waterfall, to gravity into the waterfall.

The skimmer is pumped to a bottom fed DIY filter system, and gravity feed from the top of the filter barrel to tprs and waterfall on the main pond (first picture). All plumbing is at ground level, with the ponds 18"-24" above ground.

Looking for a creative way to hide shower.

Well, I got my creative ideas down on paper and started, a different project. Removing three fig trees that died in the Florida cold spell. Wife allocated funds to remove a slate deck and put down pavers to match other paved areas and to match the coping on the pond. While I purchased the material, I added some material to build a screen to hide a small bakki shower (9 cubic ft of feather rock). Here are the results.

#1 Before building shower at the Goldfish pond.
#2 After installing shower and three panels.
#3 Completed job with new deck and firepit area.

I seeded (bacteria) the shower with filter material from another filter, and saw results within a week.

One project down, ten more to go....when my ship comes in ????

Wow! That is really creative! I'm going to put up some sort of trellis to hide mine and plant something that will grow rapidly, I hope! I have lots of volunteer wisteria vines in my yard - I hope to coax one to grow on my trellis.

The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature.

When all else fails-place a heater box in front of the shower and let the neighbors look at it.
