are you 100 percent sure it's not inside the pond. to prove that it's not I would turn off the waterfalls and just let the pond sit for 24 hours. then if you didn't lose any water turn on 1 waterfall...

I'm not sure about the minimum but I have the same size pond and I'm flowing about 8000 gallons through both skimmers so 4000 per skimmer per hour

I would go with 7 days... also doing small water changes each day will speedup the clearingof the water..

congrats on the new build..... i am assuming that you will have 2 trp and one gpr and also have 2 skimmers if so what skimmers are you going to use? also what are you going to use to seal the pond.....

if you are talking about the angle of the two pipes going into the coupler i would cut the pipe as close to the coupling on the BD side as you can and then cut the pipe on the other side far enough...
