4/25- Emailed for status update after no shipping information 
4/26- Rcvd email saying they would look into it and get back to me 
4/29- still no shipping information...</description>

4/26- Rcvd email saying they would look into it and get back to me<br />
4/29- still no shipping information from EDB, responded back to EDB email from 4/26<br />
4/30- still no response, requested immediate contact or the order would be canceled<br />
4/30-Recieved a phonecall stating they sold the last one just before my order, they were waiting on a new order. She stated that a new shipment arrived that morning and I should have a confirmation the next day.<br />
5/2- still no shipping information. I called them up and spoke to a Guy who informed me that they ran out and a new shipment just arrived that morning and it would be sent out that day. I should expect a confirmation that night. I told him that it was the same exact story I got two days prior. His only response was &quot;I don't know what to tell ya&quot;. <br />
5/3- Late evening I finally recieved a shipping tracking number when the label was printed.<br />

Shipment was then held until 430pm on 5/6. It is scheduled to get here on 5/10.<br />
<br />
I have not had an issue with them prior, only good experiences, but this was unsettling. If it was a $30 order it would be one thing, but they had already charged out just shy of $500 and I was hunting them down. I am just hoping my shipment arrives undamaged.</div>

Going back to my other post....if you are charging up front, then you should be ready to ship. If you are not ready to ship, you should be charged at shipping. When I ordered my EVO 55 last year in March it ws through Cascade as well and ended up canceling the order after multiple delays. Between the two incidents, I am unlikely to use again.</div>

			<description>I am excluding vendor names, but I am finding a re-occurring issue that is disturbing. I am finding that as I am ordering, I am hunting down my orders more often than not. Here are two recent examples. 
 
1- Ordered a product from a vendor, credit card charged that day, and then get an email saying...</description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>I am excluding vendor names, but I am finding a re-occurring issue that is disturbing. I am finding that as I am ordering, I am hunting down my orders more often than not. Here are two recent examples.<br />

1- Ordered a product from a vendor, credit card charged that day, and then get an email saying product will ship in 1-2 days. After 4 days I email the vendor to their direct email. After no response a day later I try via the KP private messaging. Another 2 days pass with no response. I call up after that and I am told they will look into it and get back to me. Another day later I am given a return call saying that someone should be sending me the product shortly. A day later I finally get the confirmation, 3 more days and the product shows up. The problem was they were selling a product they didn't actually have in stock or readily available. To me this was an issue as it was Proform C and if treatment is needed, the last thing anyone needs is a delay.<br />
<br />
2- This one is still ongoing. Placed an order on the 21st of last month with a second vendor for a UV light. Again, charged my credit card roughly $500 immediately and got an email stating shipping information would be out within 1-2 days. After 4 days I emailed about no tracking. A day later I get a response saying they are looking into it. 4 days of no response and I shoot another email saying I need info or I am canceling the order. I get a phone call and I am told the product sold out, a new shipment hit their warehouse that day and I should get confirmation of shipping by the next afternoon. 3 days pass and I still hear nothing. I call up and I am told that the order just came in that day and I will get confirmation that night. Based on scheduled delivery, it will be roughly 3 weeks from order to delivery for something that was available when I placed the order.<br />

I am finding this a little disturbing that I have to hunt down orders, vendors are selling items they do not have in stock, and I have to wait an extended time period. Price differences between vendors is minimal and if one is in stock vs the other having to wait two to three weeks, I would gladly pay a couple bucks more to get it now when needed. My suggestion is to update your sites with in stock, available on x date, or similar. If something comes up, reach out on your orders so we are not hunting you down.</div>
